- Proficient in managing social media platforms.
- Experienced in event planning and execution and maintaining organized records and alumni data.
Brief Job Description: The Assistant Manager – Alumni Relations (South Region) is responsible for fostering meaningful engagement with alumni across southern campuses. The role involves coordinating alumni events, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, managing social media and digital platforms, overseeing merchandising, and ensuring data accuracy on the BOSS website and app. The position requires strong communication, creativity, event management experience, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the Head Office and Creative Lead.
