Job Title: IT Support Executive

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support; experience in hospitality/restaurant industry preferred.
- Proficiency in POS, printers, networking, firewalls, CCTV, biometrics, and iOS support.
- Familiarity with Windows, iOS and Android environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, Servers and printer management.
- Understanding of branch system infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and task prioritization skills.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-call support outside of regular hours
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, thermal printers, and KDS.
- Manage CCTV systems and support biometric attendance machines.
- Provide support for Windows/iOS devices used in operations (e.g., POS/KDS).
- Handle networking tasks including routers, switches, and internet issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups for all IT hardware and systems.
- Maintain support logs and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide on-site support to restaurant outlets as required.
