Assistant Manager – Finishing
The Assistant Manager – Finishing is responsible for overseeing the finishing operations in the garment production unit, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and efficient workflow. The role involves managing finishing lines, coordinating with quality and production teams, monitoring daily output, reducing rework, and ensuring garments meet buyer specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in handling bulk finishing processes in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 4 – 5 Years in the Textile Industry Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan
