Position: Mechanical Supervisor
Job Location: Bin Qasim, Karachi.
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Job Role
- Supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Pumps, Utilities, Vacuum system and CNC Machines (preventive, predictive, and breakdown).
- Assign tasks to maintenance technicians and monitor work execution.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, LOTO, etc.).
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and utility departments for maintenance schedules.
- Maintain stock of critical spares and raise material requisitions as needed.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Lead and motivate the mechanical team with clear communication and guidance.
- Implement 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement practices within the department.
Experience 4-5 years of relevant experience
