JOIN US WE’RE Recruiting CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER – CRO

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.

JOB SUMMARY:

• To treat the attendant humbly during admission humbly, during admission and to fitful the complete procedure of patient file and advance.

• To provide details of expenses as per category room.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Cash collection from attendant against advance, reminder day care procedure etc.

o Feed all information regarding patient in computer, same information have to write down on pass book as well on floor register.

o Give all information regarding expenses (category wise) t the time of admission.

o Maintain shift & register on daily basis & properly shifting of patient.

o Take proper charge & handover to next staff.

o Request and issuance of all patient Affair Officer stationary.

o To maintain case sheer covers.

o To hold all register till six months.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

o Computer handling, Telephone manners.

o Ability to follow written & spoken English.

o Energetic, co-operative

o Can work in the absence of his colleague.

o Punctual, Responsible & groomed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s.

• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of hotel or Hospital Work Experience at the same / Equivalent post.
