Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to meet performance and branding goals.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and keyword planning.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Set up, test, and iterate on ad creatives (static, carousel, video) in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Manage budgets across channels, ensuring cost-efficiency and pacing.
- Use A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging, audience targeting, and placement strategy.
- Track and report KPIs, providing actionable insights and campaign summaries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign briefs, launches, and approvals.
