For Karachi & Multan Only

Experience:

  • Fresh Graduates (Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred)

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred

Age limit:

  • Up to 30 years
  • 2 years’ age relaxation for the following candidates:
    • Hafiz-e-Quran
    • Those who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah and possess an HEC equivalency letter
    • Differently-abled persons

Key Responsibility:

  • To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
  • Cater to customer’s banking requests, answer or escalate customer’s queries & process complaints related to products and services.
  • Maintain a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in Urdu & English)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working under pressure and in shifts
