We Are Recruiting TRAINING MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead the learning and development initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the hotel’s operational goals and brand standards.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and brand compliance Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office and training tools/software Inspirational leadership style with a passion for people development Collaborate with leaders to support career growth and operational success.
