🎯 Key Requirements:
- Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network, and applications).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Provide support for IT systems such as ERP, VPN, and security solutions.
- Ensure data backup and assist in data recovery when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
