WE’RE Recruiting for Project Coordinator/Engineer for its Execution department
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the client and assign surveys to the site engineers and ensure surveys are given to the design team and deadlines are set accordingly.
• To ensure that the technical and financial proposals are sent to the client on time.
• To prepare project plan for new projects with the technical team and Supply Chain department.
• Prepare BOQ with the assistance of the technical team and send the details to the Procurement department for the smooth and timely execution of the project.
• Maintain all the documents for the site team including drawings, string plan, BOQ, PV layout.
• Timely meetings with the clients to give them details according to their projects.
• To develop the net metering documents and look after the overall net metering process.
Key Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands on experience on software like MS Projects and Primavera.
• Must be well aware with the Solar industry.
• Must be good with the cost and budgeting to prepare the proposals for the clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics or mechanical.
• 1–2 years experience.
