We are Recruiting for Manager Civil
Location: Landhi, Karachi
Education: Graduation / Master’s in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Yunus Textile Mills is looking for a Manager Civil to lead and oversee civil projects across all units, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collect and analyze data to develop meaningful sets of drawings that align with user requirements and constraints.
-Prepare cost estimates for small-scale projects.
-Delegate tasks to civil department team members and manage resource allocation across units.
-Develop and manage timeline schedules in coordination with key stakeholders.
-Monitor project progress, identify issues, and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
-Liaise with consultants for timely issuance of drawings and approvals.
-Review project progress and ensure quality & safe execution of all works.
-Oversee top supervision for checking and processing contractors’ interim and final bills.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
