𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞:
The Brand Manager – Frozen Category will be responsible for driving brand growth, visibility, and consumer preference through effective brand planning, innovation, and execution of marketing strategies.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Develop and execute brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and activation calendars for the Frozen Foods category.
Drive innovation and manage new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring timely launches and successful rollouts.
Manage day-to-day brand operations, ensuring consistency in brand communication and positioning.
Plan and implement ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, category trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with trade marketing and sales teams to develop impactful in-store visibility, activations, and promotions.
Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to develop and execute effective campaigns.
Monitor brand performance, track KPIs (market share, volume growth, awareness, and equity), and recommend corrective actions.
Manage brand budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments.
Support the Marketing Manager/Category Head in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant brand management/marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in Frozen Foods or related categories.
Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand building, and trade marketing dynamics.
Hands-on experience in campaign management (ATL, BTL, Digital).
