Major Responsibilities:
- Effective sales planning across the region in line with the organization’s strategy
- Achieve value and volume wise sales targets and other sales KPIs through optimum utilization of distribution infrastructure
- Analyze new sales opportunities and expansion of retail coverage
- Lead the regional sales team and continuously improve the team’s capability
- Drive and monitor the execution of Trade Marketing plans and propose new initiatives in targeted territories
