2️⃣ 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 / 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬
🔹 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 / 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 – 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage tax compliance, including timely filing of income & sales tax returns
-Prepare tax certificates and reconcile tax data
-Ensure compliance with FBR & provincial tax regulations
-Liaise with external tax consultants & revenue authorities
-Handle withholding tax compliance and PSID generation
-Provide tax-related support to internal departments
🔹 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 / 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer queries & complaints (calls/emails)
-Ensure smooth service operations
-Deliver excellent client experience
