Job Description:
Highpoint Ventures Pvt Ltd. is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to oversee both in-house and outsourced production for our knit, woven, and denim categories. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, on-time delivery, and maintaining close coordination with vendors to meet timelines, while working closely with the quality team to ensure standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-house and outsourced production for knit, woven, and denim garments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Strong follow-up with vendors to meet production timelines.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure quality standards are adhered to throughout the production process.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to meet production targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and explore new sourcing opportunities.
- Track production costs and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, adult and kids wear.
- Strong knowledge of knit, woven, and denim fabrics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to manage both in-house and outsourced production.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
