What your typical day will look like
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
- Develop and manage employer branding activities and liaise with placement offices for job fairs/ recruitment drives to establish a strong employer brand
- Oversee recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and quality of hires
- Manage NCL’s ATS and ensure complete employee database management
What you need to succeed at this role - MHRM/BBA/MBA with 2-3 years’ relevant experience
- High EQ with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and to work independently in a fast-paced environment
