We are Recruiting Assistant Manager Learning & Development
This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and development programs aligned with organizational goals and business needs. The role plays a key part in supporting the continuous growth and upskilling of employees across all levels, fostering a culture of learning and engagement. Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and use insights to drive continuous improvement, ensuring learning strategies contribute meaningfully to employee performance and organizational success.
