Position: Manager Human Resources – HR & GA Department (Islamabad/Karachi)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the management of end to end recruitment process
To ensure a smooth transition of new joiners through effective orientation and onboarding activities
Responsible for processing and ensuring timely completion of all exit formalities of separated staff
Timely reporting to SBP on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and on Immediate basis as and when required
Any other assignments as required by Head HR & GA
