We are on the lookout for an experienced 𝐒𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠) to join our team in Lahore. This is a key leadership role within our Finishing Department, where you’ll be driving performance, ensuring quality, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
Lead and manage manpower and machines to achieve production targets
Ensure daily finishing output aligns with monthly quality and packing goals
Control and reduce order lead times
Participate in Quality, Measurement, Rejection, and Performance Review meetings
Foster a culture of efficiency, quality, and teamwork
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Textile Engineering (or related field)
Experience: Strong track record in managing finishing operations within textiles
Skills: Exceptional team management, analytical thinking, and risk assessment abilities
