- Lead preventive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance systems, ensuring sustainable equipment performance. JD includes:
- Manage PLCs, inverters, servo drives, controllers, and instrumentation systems.
- Oversee spare parts management, CMMS optimisation, and downtime reduction.
- Drive continuous improvement through TPM, lean practices, and automation upgrades.
- Lead and mentor engineers, fostering strong technical capability.
- Revamp the Training Center with redesigned kits, updated content, and enhanced hands-on learning.
