Key Responsibilities:
Manage the receiving and issuance of accessory & general material items
Monitor receiving, counting, checking, stacking, and issuing procedures

Maintain good housekeeping and effective space utilization
Prepare and verify inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and oversee EHS compliance
Ensure timely replenishment and safe handling of items
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Warehouse, or related field preferred)
5–6 years of stores & inventory management experience

Diamond Fabrics Limited (Sapphire) is looking for a skilled Executive – Receivables to join our team in Lahore. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely management of accounts receivable, handling export and local debtor vouching, invoice discounting, collections, PDC management, foreign agent commissions, and foreign currency bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, ERP expertise, and experience in textile or manufacturing environments.
Key Highlights:
Handle vouching of export and local debtors, including invoice discounting, collections, tax challans, and adjustments.
Prepare, process, and reconcile debit/credit notes and advance adjustments to ensure accuracy and proper allocation.
Maintain detailed records of PDCs (Post-Dated Cheques) and other cheques, ensuring timely bank deposits and ERP postings.
Process and reconcile foreign agent commission invoices and related transactions.
Perform monthly reconciliations of all foreign currency bank accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BBA (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance.
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in textile or manufacturing.
Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Income Tax Ordinance, and PRA regulations.
