Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly sales target
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key clients & partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and competitor feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations & customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Mansehra, Abbottabad & Gilgit Zone
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
