WE ARE Recruiting OPERATIONS/CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

QUALIFICATION

  • MBA/BBA, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics

REPORTS TO

  • Assistant Operations Manager/RM

SKILLS

  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Fleet Management.
  • Field coordination capability with a proactive approach to closing loops.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Background in Power BI preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

LOCATION

  • Lahore

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Correspond with customers for daily order bookings.
  • Coordinate with Operations to execute orders within the lead time.
  • Bridge the gap between customers and Operations for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain daily log sheets and reconcile to ensure accurate record management.
  • Present analyses on fastest routes, dwell times, loading/offloading delays, with reasons, to optimize vehicle utilization and sourcing.
