HiTech Machinery is a leading organization in the industrial plastic manufacturing machinery sector, driven by innovation and a commitment to excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our team in Lahore.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Support the sales team with administrative tasks — processing orders, generating quotes, and maintaining records.
✅ Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
✅ Prepare and maintain sales reports, track performance, and share updates with management.
✅ Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales follow-up for satisfaction.
✅ Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Ensure the sales team has up-to-date marketing materials and product documentation.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
