Position : Regional Sales Manager
Location: Karachi Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews with your team.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast regional revenue.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between regional and national sales teams.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing from an accredited institution.
- At least 10 – 12 years of working experience in FMCG with a proven track record.
