WE ARE Recruiting HR EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage EOBI/social security contributions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Validate employee data via HRIS for submissions.
- Coordinate with Tehsil teams to verify employee records via PITB, ensuring compliance with company.
- Address employee queries on EOBI/social security benefits.
- Maintain audit-ready records and generate EOBI/social security reports.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory benefits (EOBI, PESSI).
- 3-4 years of experience
- Preferred age 35-45

WE ARE Recruiting AM PAYROLL/INVOICING
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with HR & Finance departments to resolve payroll related discrepancies.
- Process payroll via HRIS/HRMS & MS Excel, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Manage PITB-based daily attendance, resolving issues for accurate salary calculations.
- Wholly responsible for preparing, ensuring accuracy & maintaining audit-ready records.
- Coordinate with Tehsil teams to validate invoicing data.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field & CIMA qualification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll or invoicing
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Preferred age 30-45
