Assistant (Legal Department) – 01 Position (Merit Basis)
Qualification & Eligibility:
- LLB or LLM from a reputed, HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Must be enrolled as an advocate in court.
- At least 1 year of relevant legal work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on regulatory and legal matters.
- Provide advice on legal affairs.
- Draft and vet laws, regulations, notices, and orders.
- Assist external lawyers engaged by AOB in lawsuits before courts.
- Act as an authorized representative/public prosecutor when required.
- Provide legal support in inquiries and inspections.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department.
