How to Apply

  1. Download Application Form & Fee Challan from CTS Website.
  2. Submit Online Application at CTS Portal by 06 October 2025, 05:00 PM.
  3. Pay the application processing fee via prescribed bank challan (Bank of Punjab Account No. 6510003300400083). Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
  4. Take a printout of the submitted online application form, sign it, and attach:
    • Original bank deposit slip
    • NOC (if required)
    • Attested copies of domicile (Punjab only), CNIC, educational credentials (Matric onwards), experience certificates, photographs, equivalence certificate (if applicable)
    • Hafiz-e-Quran / merit/position certificates (if any)
  5. Dispatch the complete hard copy application via post/courier to CTS Office before 09 October 2025, 05:00 PM.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointments are purely on contract basis (1 year, extendable on performance).
  2. Market-based salaries with allowances are offered (different for IT positions).
  3. Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
  4. Quotas for women, minorities, and persons with disabilities will be observed.
  5. Experience of unpaid work, freelancing, internships, or compulsory degree programs will not be accepted.
  6. Only experience in medium/large organizations will be considered (except officer-level posts).
  7. Shortlisting & written test will be conducted by CTS, only candidates securing 50% marks will be called for interview.
  8. Incomplete, unsigned, or late applications will be rejected.
  9. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and fees.
  10. PEF reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel vacancies without prior notice.
  11. Attempts to influence the recruitment process will lead to disqualification.
  12. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews
