Executive Director – Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership by implementing policies and preparing strategic plans with timelines.
- Promote academic excellence, research, and development activities.
- Supervise faculty, staff, and daily operations of the institute.
- Ensure financial oversight, prepare/manage budgets, and sustain efficient resource allocation.
- Engage with stakeholders to strengthen institutional reputation and partnerships.
- Enhance student success by establishing a conducive learning environment and addressing concerns.
- Report to the Ministry of Industries & Production and PIM Board of Governors.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Education, Management, Economics, or Business Administration (HEC recognized).
- At least 25 years of experience, with 10 years as Dean, Director, HoD, or top-level manager in a reputed educational or corporate institution.
- Strong academic record with recognized publications and citations.
- Proven teaching, curriculum design, and research experience.
- Extensive administrative oversight, including program management, HR, and budget handling.
Age Limit: 50 – 65 years on the closing date.
