- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years practical & administrative experience (only after qualification).

- Note: Experience in private sector accepted only if the entity is registered with SECP/Regulatory Authority.
