Assistant Manager Affluent Cards (Digital Banking Group)
- Grade: OG-III / OG-I

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing the Credit Card Program (end-to-end lifecycle).
- Initiate new product development/enhancement and innovation projects.
- Formulate & implement marketing and business strategies for credit card business.
- Support in analyzing customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Develop cross-sell programs for existing customers.
- Enhance digital channels for credit card requests (branch, website, net & mobile banking).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized); preference for Master’s degree holders.
- Experience:
- OG-II/OG-I: Minimum 3 years of banking experience (2 years relevant preferred).
- OG-III: Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Age Limit:
- OG-II/OG-I: Up to 55 years (as of 12th September 2025).
- OG-III: Up to 35 years (as of 12th September 2025).
