Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for management and staff positions.
 - Build partnerships with universities for campus Recruiting and talent pipeline.
 - Support implementation of PMS and promote a culture of continuous feedback.
 - Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
 - Create engaging HR content and visuals using Canva & PowerPoint.
 - Support internal communication campaigns for engagement, culture, and recognition programs.
 
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
 - Time management skills
 - Decision making & problem solving skills
 - Analytical Skills and proficiency in MS Office
 
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
MBA/MS or relevant degree in HRM.
4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Textile Industry.
