𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Quality Control Officer
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
-Monitor, inspect, and ensure quality standards at all stages of production (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).
-Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet company and international standards.
-Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementations.
-Ensure compliance with customer specifications, design requirements, and internal SOPs.
-Collaborate with production, merchandising, and design teams to resolve quality issues.
-Conduct audits of suppliers and in-house production units.
-Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for management review.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
-3–5 years of proven experience in Quality Control within garment manufacturing
-Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, trims, fabrics, and finishing standards.
-Familiarity with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards and quality assurance processes.
-Good communication and reporting skills.
