Positions Details

Campus Directors (4 Years Tenure)

Campuses: Abbottabad, Attock, Lahore, Sahiwal, Vehari, and Wah

Eligibility Criteria:

• PhD degree from a HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 15 years of experience (national or international) in academic, research, or management leadership positions.
• Proven record of distinguished research, publications, and administrative governance.
• Age Limit: Not more than 65 years as of the closing date.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates applying for Campus Director must submit:
  • First page of published research articles.
  • Self-assessment performa (mandatory) with the application dossier.

Registrar (3 Years Tenure)

Eligibility Criteria:

• PhD from a HEC-recognized institution, OR
• First Division (minimum 2.5 CGPA) in MBA/MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in a relevant field.
• Experience Options:
  • 15 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or above (national or international organization) with at least 10 years in academic administration, OR
  • 18 years of relevant experience with minimum 10 years in academic administrative/examination department of a university.
• Age Limit: Not more than 65 years.

Controller of Examinations (3 Years Tenure)

Eligibility Criteria:

• PhD from a HEC-recognized institution, OR
• First Division (minimum 2.5 CGPA) in MBA/MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in a relevant field.
• Experience Options:
  • 15 years relevant experience in BPS-17 or above with minimum 10 years in academic administration/examination department of a university, OR
  • 18 years relevant experience in BPS-17 or above with minimum 10 years in academic administrative/examination management.
• Age Limit: Not more than 65 years.

3. Attach a Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of “COMSATS University Islamabad” for each application.
4. Separate applications must be submitted if applying for more than one Campus Director position. Each application must include separate dossiers and demand drafts.

1. Candidates currently serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.
2. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
3. Candidates who applied earlier (November 2024) for Registrar and Controller of Examinations need not apply again — their previous applications will be considered.
4. University reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning reasons.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in interviews.
