Position Details
Assistant Director (Technical Analyst)
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
 - Master’s degree will be preferred.
 - Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory.
 - Degrees must be attested by HEC.
 
Professional Experience:
- Preferably 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar capacity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, business users, and technical teams, to gather and validate requirements.
 - Analyze current (As-Is) and design future (To-Be) business processes.
 - Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
 - Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and SRS documents.
 - Create user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
 - Support architecture discussions and system integrations with NDEL and Digital ID frameworks.
 - Perform data analysis for system feature prioritization.
 - Validate interoperability and API contracts across services.
 - Prepare reports, visualizations, and technical documentation.
 - Support user training, testing (functional, integration, UAT), and adoption.
 - Ensure all deliverables meet defined business and technical requirements.
 - Recommend system improvements and assist in performance monitoring.
 
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
 - Strong coordination between technical, business, and policy stakeholders.
 - Proficiency in creating structured reports and technical presentations.
