• Manage the customer service department, oversee call center, CRM, and social media. Lead team performance and development, handle complaints, customer claims and escalations, ensure service excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational outcomes.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree along with 7-10 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
