- Lead the design and development of scalable applications & digital tools.
- Take ownership of end-to-end modules/projects with minimal supervision.
- Mentor & guide junior developers in coding and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Integrate equipment and business systems with software applications.
- Recommend and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
