- Head Office, Lahore
- MBA in HR, IT, or Finance with 5–7 years of experience, including 2 years in Total Rewards. FMCG, Telecom, or Pharma experience preferred.
Purpose:
- Manage total rewards, benchmarking, and HR analytics for market competitiveness
- Drive automation and digital HR initiatives (SAP-HCM, HRIS) to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and effective HR policy implementation
- Lead and develop the HR team through performance and capability building
