Job Title: Legal Analyst
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting legal documentation, contract management,
compliance, and analytical reporting to ensure company operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare analytical reports or summaries.
- Coordinate with external counsels for litigation, notices, and regulatory
matters. - Maintain and update legal and compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and regulatory laws.
- Support management in preparing legal briefs and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s in Law (LLM) will be preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial law
(experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred). - Good understanding of contract law, labor law, and corporate compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong skills in summary preparation and
analytical reporting.
