Join Adamjee Insurance Company Limited as Assistant Manager – Claims (Takaful) in Lahore.

We’re looking for a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end claims process — from notification to closure — ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with the company’s strategy to minimize loss ratios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all claims from notification to settlement and ensure accurate entries in GTS.
  • Coordinate with divisions, surveyors, and other stakeholders for smooth claim handling.
  • Appoint and review surveyors’ reports for timely approvals.
  • Analyze claim turnaround time (TAT) and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain complete claim records and ensure compliance with policy terms.

Qualification & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Insurance)
💼 4–6 years of relevant experience in claims handling, preferably in Takaful/Insurance
