Position: Department Manager – Security
Job Summary: Ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and assets. Oversee onsite security operations and CCTV Operations, and implement loss prevention strategies for a safe environment.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a skilled security team to ensure effective onsite supervision and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement loss prevention strategies and enhance security operations.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry best practices to ensure top-tier safety and monitoring systems.
- Oversee the full security process, including CCTV monitoring, lost and found handling, and emergency response management.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience on retail security operations and CCTV Operations.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
- Effective team member & strong communication skills.
