JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track delivery KPIs (OTIF, cost per ton/km, utilization) and prepare monthly transport performance reports.
- Manage transport vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with regional DCs, Sales, and Logistics teams to manage vehicle allocation and scheduling.
- Monitor and control transport costs, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenditures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in transport, fleet, or logistics operations — preferably in FMCG or distribution setups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
