We’re Recruiting for REFRACTORY ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise refractory installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Evaluate refractory materials to ensure optimal performance and durability.
- Conduct thermal and chemical analysis to improve refractory life and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective refractory solutions.
- Strong understanding of refractory materials and their chemical properties.
- Hands-on experience in furnace/ kiln/ rotary operations.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in refractory engineering within the manufacturing or process industry.
- Sound knowledge of refractory materials, heat transfer, and furnace operations.
- Proficiency in technical reporting and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
