We are Recruiting District Manager (Diabetes)
Key Accountabilities
- Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame.
- Implementation of Marketing Strategy and Sales Certification through Reps.
- Build and develop business relationship with Target Audience / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Evaluate, maintain & develop the reps’ knowledge related to selling skills and products.
- Liaison with Distributors and Key Account Managers.
- Effective utilization of ‘Sales & KPIs Dashboard’ as per Objectives.
- Regular reports on Market Intelligence / Competition.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Overall 7+ years of experience in Pharma Sales with 3 years managerial sales experience
- Experience in diabetes is added advantage
- Ability to Train & Develop employee and manage team retention
- Ability to exhibit managerial & leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
