JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Deliver on-site/online store training on customer service, product handling, portioning, hygiene standards, and SOPs.
- Train store teams on new product launches, promotions, and brand updates.
- Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain training records.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training.
- Track employee skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Visit stores regularly to observe employee performance and ensure compliance with training standards.
REQUIREMENT
- Must be a graduate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
