𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Manager – Washing & Dying
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
- Oversee end-to-end product development for garment dyeing and denim washing for woven and knit fabrics.
- Develop and execute washing techniques including garment dyeing, denim washing, and wrinkle-free finishing processes.
- Supervise exhaust garment dyeing, washing operations, and finishing processes to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Optimize cost, reduce wastage, and improve turnaround times through process enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Quality teams to achieve desired aesthetics and hand feel.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
- 5–8 years of experience in washing and dyeing operations (garment or fabric).
- Strong expertise in denim/garment washing, dyeing, and wrinkle-free finishing techniques.
