The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has officially announced new Junior Clerk Vacancies Open at Punjab November 2025 Apply Online through PPSC, inviting eligible male, female, and transgender candidates from across Punjab to serve on a regular basis in the Punjab Service Tribunal (PST), S&GAD. Applicants aged 18–30 (male) and 18–33 (female) with required qualifications can apply online for one of the five open merit posts based in Lahore. Selection will be made through a written MCQ test, followed by a typing and proficiency test for shortlisted candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male, Female & Transgender
• Age Limit:
  • Male: 18 to 25 + 5 years
  • Female: 18 to 25 + 8 years
  • Transgender: Age & sex as per CNIC
• Domicile: All Punjab
• Place of Posting: Lahore
• Qualification/Experience:
  As per Service Rules (standard PPSC Junior Clerk requirements)
• Selection Procedure:
  A one-paper MCQ test (100 marks, 90 minutes)

Written Test Syllabus:
i) General Ability – 80%
Includes:

• General Knowledge
• Pakistan Studies
• Current Affairs
• Islamic Studies (Non-Muslims: General Knowledge)
• Geography
• Basic Mathematics
• English
• Urdu
• Everyday Science

ii) MS Office & Computer Skills – 20%

Note: Only candidates who qualify the written test will be called for the Typing Test & Proficiency Test.

3. Deposit the application fee online using:

4. Fill out the online application form for Case No. 34-RC/2025.

Terms & Conditions

1. Carefully read instructions about the Application Fee, Written Test & Interview on PPSC’s official website.

2. Test schedules and syllabus will ONLY be available on the PPSC website.

3. Federal Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, and Local Bodies employees are NOT eligible for age relaxation for their service period.

4. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide an HEC/QEDC verified Equivalence Certificate at the time of interview.

5. Private sector experience will only be accepted if the organization is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or relevant authority. Proof must be provided at the interview.

6. In-service candidates must submit NOC/DPC from their department at the time of interview.

7. Registration Certificates from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or relevant bodies must be submitted by the closing date or at the interview.

8. Candidates must provide marks obtained/total marks or percentage certificates issued by the competent authority. CGPA is not acceptable.

9. Only trust information available on the official PPSC website.

10. Typing & Proficiency Tests (and Shorthand Test if applicable) will ONLY be held in Lahore.

11. In case of increase or decrease in posts by the department, no fresh applications will be invited.
