We’re Recruiting – Assistant Manager Product Design (Design System) in Karachi
What You’ll Do:
- Build, maintain, and evolve the design system (components, tokens, variables, documentation).
- Define typography, color, layout, and visual standards across products.
- Conduct visual audits and refine components based on usability and feedback.
- Design polished UI screens using system components for new features.
- Collaborate with designers on layouts and hierarchy for journey-level screens.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and accessibility.
- Ensure system scalability across web and native platforms.
- Create reusable assets, icons, and illustrations as needed.
- Stay updated on global design system and fintech UI trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years building and maintaining design systems for digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and visual design excellence.
- Expertise in Figma, design tokens, and component architecture.
- Proficiency in visual tools (Adobe Illustrator or similar).
- Strong eye for typography, color, hierarchy, and UI detail.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to craft quality.

We’re Recruiting – Assistant Manager Product Design (App) in Karachi
What You’ll Do:
- Design and refine core app journeys (onboarding, payments, transfers, savings, etc.).
- Create journey maps and improve flows using user insights and data.
- Conduct competitive UX scans and usability testing.
- Translate journeys into high-quality UI screens with the design team.
- Use analytics, Hotjar, and research to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance for smooth delivery.
- Oversee usability testing, UAT support, and design QA.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in digital product design (fintech preferred).
- Strong portfolio covering journeys, flows, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma and usability tools (Hotjar, prototyping tools).
- Solid understanding of UX research and interaction design.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
