Position: General Manager Sales South Region

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales operations in South region
  • Ensure coverage of physicians, chemists & record the frequency
  • Responsible for implementing the marketing strategy
  • Responsible for building & strengthening relationships with key customers across all specialties
  • Responsible for Recruitment, Selection & Training of field force

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pharm D/MBA (Sales & Marketing)
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with 5 years in senior management or regional leadership role
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, sales operations & distribution management

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans for gynae, peads, gastro, ENT, pulmo & nutraceuticals
  • Design overall marketing strategy of assigned division that includes Marketing research, market analysis, developing promotional campaigns & tactical plans.
  • Analyze IMS data & internal company numbers. Well versed with IMS audit. Both sales & prescription

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have pharm D preferably with MBA
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical product management
  • Analytical, creative & data driven personality
  • Excellent communication skills

Position : National Sales Manager – Nutraceuticals

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team of assigned divisions to ensure strong alignment, optimize strategy implementation & sales delivery
  • Responsible for maintaining strong professional relations with kol’s of the assigned division
  • Ensure 100% execution of the marketing plans through the sales force
  • Responsible for reviewing & evaluating the sales performance in response to the marketing plan immediately after the closing of each month

Eligibility Criteria:

  • BBA/MBA
  • 13 – 15 years of pharma sales experience in reputable organization in the similar portfolio & 4 years of experience as a national sales manager
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
