We’re Recruiting: Manager Talent Acquisition – Raqami Digital Islamic Bank – Karachi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including technical Recruiting.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future manpower needs.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate closely with department heads to understand role requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of Talent Requisitions (TR) and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and smooth onboarding coordination.
- Manage recruitment vendors and improve Recruiting processes continuously.
- Use strong negotiation skills to finalize competitive offers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with solid exposure to IT/technical Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and HR technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
